Trust No One. Assume Nothing. Verify Everything.

The professional services group behind the networks other people can't finish.

We're the engineers Mitel dealers, integrators, and IT teams bring in when a data or voice engagement is past the point of guessing — firewalls, switching, unified communications, and the AI layer now sitting on top of all three.

We're brought in, not signed up.

Kruiser Services is a professional services group, not a solo practice. Every engagement draws on specialists matched to what the work actually requires — network architecture, security, unified communications, or the AI tooling now layered over voice and data. Nobody on an engagement is learning the platform on the client's clock.

We work the way we expect to be checked: nothing gets called done because it looks done. Every build is verified against what it's supposed to do, documented the way the next engineer — ours or the client's — will actually need it.

What We Do Best

Data and VoIP design, engineering, project management, and training.

These aren't separate offerings. Most engagements draw on two or three of them at once.

Firewalls & security

Design, migration, and hardening across enterprise platforms including Palo Alto — segmentation, policy, and inter-VLAN routing that holds up under audit, not just under a demo.

Switching & routing

Core and edge network builds engineered for the traffic actually running on them, from a single site to a multi-location rollout.

Unified communications

Complex Mitel and cloud UC deployments — migrations, upgrades, and geo-dispersed builds where downtime isn't an option.

AI integrations

Applying AI where it earns its place inside a voice or data network — call handling, monitoring, and the operational tooling around both.

Also Core to What We Do

Cloud services.

Infrastructure and communications sourced and managed as an ongoing service, layered on top of a network that's already built right.

Infrastructure as a Service

Compute, storage, and network capacity, managed rather than just deployed.

Monitoring

Someone watching the network after the work is done, so issues get caught early.

Ongoing support

A working relationship after go-live, not a one-time install and goodbye.

A technology decision-maker, without adding headcount.

Most organizations that need this level of judgment on data, voice, and cloud decisions can't justify a full-time executive hire for it. We step into that seat on an engagement or retainer basis — planning the roadmap, vetting the vendors, and owning delivery so the decisions get made by someone who's actually built the thing before.

  • Architecture and technology roadmap planning
  • Vendor vetting and contract review
  • Technology budget oversight
  • Project and delivery oversight end to end
  • A second set of eyes at the executive table, on call

Engineering teams learn faster from someone who's already broken it.

Most of what goes wrong on a complex network engagement has already gone wrong somewhere else first. We train and mentor engineering teams directly on that history, so the knowledge doesn't leave when the engagement ends.

This training runs on the same methodology behind JustAskKruger.ai — 48 years of engineering judgment distilled into The Krugerisms™.

  • Structured troubleshooting methodology, not tribal knowledge
  • Hands-on mentoring alongside live engagements
  • Documentation built for handoff, not just for the file cabinet
  • Built for teams standing up Mitel, UC, or complex network platforms for the first time

Where we work.

120mi
Standard emergency response radius from the I-95 / SR-60 intersection — covers Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Fort Myers, Tampa, Orlando, St. Augustine, and every other major Florida metro except Jacksonville, within a two-hour response window.
Global
Most engagements are handled remotely. When onsite work is called for, we travel anywhere it's needed — no radius, no border.

Only the sunshine covers the state better than we do.

Bring us in.

Tell us what the engagement needs. If it's a fit, we'll scope it straight.
